Since beginning business in 1987, Hafer Case has focused on what we consider the two most important factors in our success: building a quality product, and a sincere commitment to excellent customer service. We began by building custom cases for the music industry. The word spread about the craftsmanship and value of our product, and today we serve the case needs of a many diverse industries. Although we have grown over the years, we are still focused on giving individual attention to each customer. The majority of our business comes from referrals by satisfied customers, and honestly, we don't remember ever having an unsatisfied customer.
In today's world of on-line, or recorded menu customer service, we take pride in the fact that when our customers have case needs, they can call us, or come into our shop and speak directly with a customer service representative. And even better, your customer service representative will usually be the same person who designs, prices, quotes and supervises the construction of your case.
