Flextronics to Report Second Quarter Results and Host Analyst and Investor Meeting

Flextronics (Nasdaq: FLEX) today announced that it will report second quarter results on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 and will host its annual analyst and investor meeting on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 in New York City.
The earnings conference call, hosted by Flextronics's senior management, will be held on October 23, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. PDT to discuss the financial results of the Company for its second quarter ended September 28, 2007.
The analyst and investor meeting, hosted by Flextronics's senior management, will be held on November 6, 2007 to present the Company's strategy and vision, the expected impact from the pending acquisition of Solectron, which is expected to close in October 2007, along with the combined company's financial expectations.
