Suzanne Schulze Taylor - New Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Keithley Instruments, Inc

Keithley Instruments, Inc. (NYSE: KEI), a leader in solutions for emerging measurement needs, today announced the addition of Suzanne Schulze Taylor as its Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Taylor will report directly to Joseph P. Keithley, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. She will be responsible for all of the Company's legal affairs and regulatory compliance matters, and will also serve as corporate secretary.
Taylor has more than 13 years of experience at public and private companies serving in various counsel capacities following five years of private practice at the law firm Jones Day. She was most recently with Platinum Equity, LLC as Assistant General Counsel.

Taylor has a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. is from Williams College with a major in Psychology.
