American Reprographics Company (NYSE: ARP) announced today that certain selling stockholders plan to offer 5,666,195 shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. In connection with the offering, certain selling stockholders granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to 849,428 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.

JPMorgan and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering, and Robert W. Baird & Co., CIBC World Markets, William Blair & Company, and Credit Suisse are acting as co-managers.

A shelf registration statement relating to the shares in this offering has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
