Power Air Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PWAC), a leader in fuel cell technology, has retained New York-based Rubenstein Public Relations, Inc., as its agency of record, the company announced.

As the company's strategic partner, Rubenstein will develop and execute an integrated public relations program to raise awareness of Power Air's patented Zinc Air Fuel Cell (ZAFC) technology, which generates power with zero emissions.

Power Air holds the exclusive worldwide license to the ZAFC technology, which was developed at the Department of Energy's Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The company currently is marketing a zinc fuel cell-powered generator that is non-polluting and safe for indoor use.
