Don Clews, President of TurboCare, Inc. announces that Siemens Canada Ltd. has acquired Kadon Electro Mechanical Services Ltd. and effective immediately, Kadon becomes a member of the TurboCare group of companies, another Siemens subsidiary, with worldwide operations.
