Recall that the plant's startup was initially scheduled for the beginning of autumn 2005 but later was postponed several times because of the problems with equipment repair and employment of qualified personnel. Now the plant's management believes that the plant will be able to start production not earlier than autumn 2006. The plant's staff now numbers 200 specialists, mostly repair workers who are conducting the acceptance and adjustment works. During the summer, they will have to adjust the production line of Germany's Bezdorf and repair the steam-gas generator.
