Pacific Power Products Company announced it has completed a partnering agreement with Southwest Products Corp. of Phoenix, Arizona. As part of the agreement, Pacific assumes an ownership position in Southwest, replacing two of the company's retiring stockholders.

"Our business has continued to add product lines, service offerings and territory over the past 29 years. With the addition of Southwest Products Corp. we can now give our customers customized solutions for their specialty service truck and power generation needs."

Southwest Products will continue serving its existing customer base while benefiting from access to new expansion capital and Pacific's extensive inventory, sales, service and manufacturing base. Effective immediately, all Pacific Power Product locations will offer sales and service of Southwest-manufactured specialty lube trucks, custom service vehicles and Hanco Generating Systems
